Post 7 wks EQ cycle pics

I think you may need to rethink your diet...good base, but you now need ot throw on some weight.

How old are you? How long have you been training?
 
Guards, to answer your questions, i'm 30 yrs old.. Starting working out at 18 yo weighing 110lb back in 1990. Got to 170 lb by 1998 and did sus for 6 wks.... Then last year did another sus for 6 wks and got to my heaviest at 192....Ended up starting the eq at 183lbs and got to 189 lbs..

Putting on weight has been a real struggle for me.. Metabolism is way high and digestive system is in over drive. Take about 4 craps a day. Anyways, when on , i would take about 3300 cal/day , of which 230 g/day proteins. Tried to eat pretty clean throughout. Mostly chicken or beef grilled or nuggets at Chick Fil A. Trying to maintain the same food intake for the rest of the summer....
Below is a sample of what i would eat on a typical day:

I hear you on the fast metabolism.

You're doing well, some thick muscle there......looking solid in the chest and shoulders.
 
why would you run the sust for only 6 weeks?? why not at least 10 weeks, 8 but 6 weeks is real short for sust.

Interested in some advice?

A.) You're not eating enough. Your 3000 calories are crap calories (fat, starch, sugar, yes there's protein, but most of it looks like it's whey)

B.) Buy a forman grill and a shit ton of meat and start cooking, it should be pretty much the same price as all the money you're giving subway and chik-fil-a.

C.) As lean as you are.. don't be afraid of things like cottage cheese, milk, big ass steaks, weight gainer shakes, etc.. You should be able to eat a retarded amount of food without gaining much fat.. and if you DO start to gain some fat.. back it down a little. Play with it till you figure out how many quality calories you can humanly consume.

D.) Eat allllllllll day. If you're a hardgainer.. try eating all day like right before bed, if you can, wake up in the middle of the night and suck down a shake or something. Also.. it looks like you aren't eating a very big breakfast. That's a big mistake.. you need to buy a ton of eggs and start eating omelets, scrambled eggs.. whatever floats your boat.

You seem to be on the right track, as stated previously.. you just need to focus on a more quality diet. Basically.. the calories you're getting now are weak. They aren't very nutrient dense.

Eat a ton... rest a ton... GROW a ton. Good luck!
 
It's hard to post critiques about your pics when they aren't very big and you show 7 pictures of your chest and arms. At your level in those pictures you should have trained hard for another 1 - 2 years before taking any gear. And dooley is right. You need to raise your caloric intake. 3300 is way too low for bulking.
