Interested in some advice?
A.) You're not eating enough. Your 3000 calories are crap calories (fat, starch, sugar, yes there's protein, but most of it looks like it's whey)
B.) Buy a forman grill and a shit ton of meat and start cooking, it should be pretty much the same price as all the money you're giving subway and chik-fil-a.
C.) As lean as you are.. don't be afraid of things like cottage cheese, milk, big ass steaks, weight gainer shakes, etc.. You should be able to eat a retarded amount of food without gaining much fat.. and if you DO start to gain some fat.. back it down a little. Play with it till you figure out how many quality calories you can humanly consume.
D.) Eat allllllllll day. If you're a hardgainer.. try eating all day like right before bed, if you can, wake up in the middle of the night and suck down a shake or something. Also.. it looks like you aren't eating a very big breakfast. That's a big mistake.. you need to buy a ton of eggs and start eating omelets, scrambled eggs.. whatever floats your boat.
You seem to be on the right track, as stated previously.. you just need to focus on a more quality diet. Basically.. the calories you're getting now are weak. They aren't very nutrient dense.
Eat a ton... rest a ton... GROW a ton. Good luck!
