This is what I tried to explain. Yes exercise helps burns calories which helps fatloss, but the main thing is your diet. If your really fat and main concern is to get rid of the fat, your best bet is a very low calorie diet and cardio. I lost 50pounds in 3 months be only eating 500-800 calories of healthy food a day and running 2 miles and walking 4.
You lost all that weight do you have any access skin hanging or did it tighten up?
