It depends on whether I whether I want to eat or not.
(1) Sometimes I do waxy, glut, leucine followed by whey, then veggies and meat (about 50% of time)
(2) if I'm hungrier, whey + oats + milk (more tasty carbs)
(3) today, whey + roasted butternut squash and steak
(4) if I have sweet craving, milk, whey, banana, low fat ice cream
