I am posting this for my girl. She needs a protein shake since she has really started to work out and wants to see more results.
She wants more tone/muscle and wants to take a shake to help her, but I dont know what to recommend.
I take Muscle Milk, but I am afraid that has too many carbs and she is looking for muscle (she is scared a shake will make her bigger/fat).
What can I get for her?
