Planning my next run of SARMS with some small tweaks based on my experience with the triple stack that many are running around here. Goal is to cut and shed fat.
age 32, 6'2, 225, 13-14% bf
I am starting mini PCT on current Sarms stack of Unleashed/PC/Bridge. 1 week off after that, then back on the wagon.
Planning this:
Osta - 25mg per day
GW - 10 mg per day (may do 20, although didn't notice much difference last time between 10 and 20)
Albuterol/keto (chem need) - weeks 3-8 (not sure how/when to dose this, see questions below)
HCGenerate - weeks 1-8
Sans Nitrate weeks 1-11
Forma - weeks 3 - 11
N2Burn/Forged Burner pre cardio
Same PCT
Questions:
1) How do I dose the ALbuterol? how many mg per day and when during the day do I take it?
2) How do I incorporate the Keto? when and at what dose?
Training:
Cardio - LOTS - 2x per day, 1 hour each (treadmill, 120-140 bpm)
Weights - 5x per week (Chest/Arms/Shoulders/Back/Legs)
Diet - shooting for significant deficit with roughly 50/35/15 (P/C/F)

Organic Oats - 1.5 cup
Banana
Whey shake
Snack
Apple
Whey Shake
Meal 2
Broccoli (or other green veggie) - 2 cup
0% Greek plain Yogurt - 12 oz
Fresh Chicken Breast - 10 oz
Parmesan Cheese (sprinkled on broccoli)
Snack

0% Greek Plain Yogurt - 12 oz

Did something pretty similar to this recently and I actually gained 5lbs. I found this suprisingly odd considering my calorie deficit but the weight I put on was good weight and I think I shed a small amount of BF...muscles look bigger and fuller - more striated and more veins visible....so vascularity is better also.
I am leaving out S4 on this run as I'm not comfortable with the way it messes with my eye sight. I'm pretty sure OSTA was the gem in this last cycle as I put on some lean gains and got stronger througout the 8 weeks. This last triple stack run really did have an anabolic-esque effect on me and I was surprised (albeit pleasantly), at the endurance, strength, and size acheived while not even trying to!
I'm bringing in Albuterol for this run hoping combined with the GW it will really help me kickstart the fat loss and bust through my plateau....need to lose about 10bs of fat (estimated) to reach a 10% bf. I think I can reach this during the 8 weeks. I really do bust my ass in the gym and during cardio...If I can't burn some fat this time I'll be convinced I have some other issue at play (thyroid for example), and I'll be off to the doc to see if I can find some answers.
Lots of info, sorry for the long winded post. Any advice, answers, critiques, all very appreciated!
