I’m trying to put together the best sarms stack when it comes to using ostarine mk2866. Would like to use sr9009 with it.
Goals are fat loss, endurance, and energy/recovery.
5’8’’ and 200 pounds and 33 years old
The dosing that seems to be the best is 50mgs of ostarine a day and 25mgs of ostarine per day but split.
Do you recommend that I go with 8 weeks or 12 weeks?
