We just started 5 boards. Jimmie dean and i did them a while back and the board disapeared now we have a new one. Did them last week and loved them. But if i had to pick one its 4 brd. But you can do them everyother week but i do them both each week. Last thurs i used a 3, 4 , 5 board the same workout. I do triples on teh 3 then singles on 4 till one would be impossible then its time for number 5, singles to a max. It stoo much for some but its the way i do them. And always have. In the past it was 2 , 3 ,and 4. The 2 is worthless to me. I do nto even use aboard till i get over 500lbs anyway. I need help at the top, my shirt takes care of business at the bottom.
But everyother week is just fine. Go to a max on a new every week will reap plenty of benifit. I just do the other way cause once i hit failure on the 3 board, fuck i gotta lot left in me.
