lots of people are doing Logs on the main page
go there and post a log of your training and will help you
 
I like that your posting this
it just shows how much battery information that are out there
 
we want to see you put up a log with your full workouts included
that will help us give you a blueprint that would work better for you
 
everybody has different goals
I don't see one set for arms making much sense
 
keeping it simple is a good tip
but how you implement it and what the article says is something very different
 
the information says to alternate between a bicep and tricep exercise for 10 minutes it is not only one set of the exercises

the scan is the exact page from the BOOK called Men's Health Big Book of Exercises

I am guessing that the information means 5 reps of a bicep exercise and 5 reps of a tricep exercise not 5 sets of a tricep exercise
