Please help with my 1st cycle??

Hello all!

I am A Newbie to this forum, but I have been reading and researching quite a bit and I am very impressed with most all of you.

I am looking to start my first cycle ever. I was wondering if you guys had any ideas, hints, tips, etc.

Some History:
26 yo, 185lbs, 6' 2". I have been working out since October 2004..I took a break at the end of April until now...I just got back into the gym. When I was hitting the gym hard b4 I peaked at 197lbs and couldn't go anywhere...maybe I gave up too soon I dont know. My diet is clean for the most part...eggs, chicken breast, tuna, protein bars, myoplex, vitamins etc.

Whatever the case may be...I'm looking to start a Sus only cycle July 25th. This isnt set in stone yet. I am looking to build mass and strength right now...then clean up for a couple months b4 starting a cut cycle. I would like to try to get up to about 250 eventually. What do you bros think? If Sus only, how much? How long?

youve only worked out for 6 months bro? You need longer tha that IMO.

A couple of months in the gym and you want to start poking? Are you kidding? I will go light.....you're an accident waiting to happen. 250lbs???

You need to hit the gym hard for AT LEAST a year to hit your body's natural potential. Only then should you think of using gear....or later than that. Get your muscles to grow faster than your body is accustomed (tendons, ligaments, etc) and you are asking for a disabling injury which can take longer to heal than one year in the gym.
 
IMO, if you just started up again you haven't reach your "muscle memory".
Keep your diet clean, rest up and train hard until the winter time. You must be dedicated to it before going on the gear. Also, the winter time is the best to bulk up anyways. Bulking in the summer sux. :Chef: :tuc:
 
What these guys are saying is right but if your going to do it anyways here's my addvice,I assume your talking about Sustanon,I would go with Enanthate 500mgs a week for 10 weeks its generally cheaper,and IMO it yelds just as good if not better results(Just remember Test is Test its the ester that makes the difference)Make sure your PCT is in check before you start.My PCT is fairly simple I stick with Nolva 30mgs a day for 2 weeks.But if I were you I'd check the PCT forum for more detailed info.Hope this helps if you have any questions just pm me Take Care Bro

I agree... However if you can get some HCG run it with nolva 1000 IU ED last week of TEST E...

BTW you won't hit 250 ever if you don't know how to train/eat/sleep... hope thats optimal or you'll be very disapointed...
 
Thank you all very much for your help. It is all exactly the advice I was looking for, my buddy that I train with thinks after a couple weeks back into it I'd be fine...but I wasn't so sure, that's why I wanted to ask you guys. I'll shot ya'll some karma..thanks again!
 
6'2'' 185..... im 6'2'' and i started my first cycle at 225. and that was after 9 years of lifting. you need to learn a lot more bro. sorry, but at least 2 years then u can start considering it.
 
man you have been training for 6 whole months?!?! I only trained for 3 weeks at Balleys before starting my first cycle, you are set bro! :rolleyes:
