Im 21 and have only been lifting for a few months and have tried to read post on a good workout.. but everyone has differnt opinions.. i guess you should know im 155 and 5'11 so im pretty skinny.. anyway here is my routine please any info would help!

Tuesday:
bench press
incline Dumbell Flys
SkullCrushers alt with close grip bench
Tricep Overhead Extensions alt with dips
Abs


Thursday:
Leg extensions
Hamstring Curl
Deadlifts
Barbell Rows


Saturday:
Military Press
Shoulder Shrugs
Side lateral
Barbell Curls
Reverse-Grip Barbell Curl alt with Hammer Curl
Abs

and the alt means I alternate weekly
pretty much all of them i do 3 sets of about 6-10 reps
any suggestions? should i drop one? move one to another day? add something? do more sets? anything would help thanks!
 
I would add in another day, do back on one day legs on another. Squat on leg day, deadlift witrh back. I cant write much now, but I will comment more later. Right now I have to drive home for T-giving break.

Try this routine for about 8 weeks to get the basics down
Monday Back/Bis
Wide-grip chin, barbell row, deadlifts, pullovers, barbell curl, hammer curls
Tuesday Chest/Tris
Incline Barbell, Flat Babrell, Incline flyes, Dips, Closegrip press, pushdowns
Wens off
Thur Shoulders
Military Barbell, Lateral raises, reverse flyes, barbell shrugs, dumbell shrugs
Friday Legs
Squats, stiff leg Deads, leg extensions, calf raises

Three working sets sound fine, try to hit the 6-10 rep range to get your form down, no cheating all the way down pause and all the way up and that means even on squats;)
