i have no clue as to what to put in a body building diet so please help me create one
im 5'8" or 9" and i weight 130 pounds
please make my first meal at like 9:00 am and my last meal at what ever time it should be at if i go to bed at 11:00 pm
also please make one meal at like 6:00 but dont put anything on it because i will be eating whatever my parents make for dinner
