ok i so far i have lost almost 80 lbs

i am now down to 300 even 5'9" body fat still high 20's i think
took a little back slide here lately after hitting a wall

anyway this is what i think i want to do

lean body protien shake 42p 12 car 2 fat 230 cal
9:30 am
1/2 cup of oat meal 5 27 3 150
8 oz flank steak 60 0 28 512
10:30 work out
1:00
8 oz grape juice 0 100 0 400
protin drink 50 0 0 200
3 pm
penuts 12 9 26 290
5:30 chicken
8;30 p.s.

i am shooting for
266 grams of protien 266 grams of carbs 118 fat
 
How about 150 gr. carbs. Consumed around workout only or early in the day tapering down come evening.
I just suggest you lower your carbs. I'm not suggesting a low-carb diet. Up the pro. to 300 gr., fat...how about 100gr. even. Lean protein choices, for now anyway.
