very nice. What did you think of that workout? Did the bench feel good you definitely dont want to start too heavy


Good. I would have liked to do something else just didn't have time, had to go to work. Maybe some light incline or another tri exercise. Dropping low and the increased volume really wore my legs out good on Squats.

Think ill do this tomorrow.

Deadlift 8*8- moderate weight with only 60 sec rest.(doing this with Squats Monday actually got me soar again).

Pendlay row- 10*3(medium weight)

Upright row- 3*10 (light weight)

Lat pull down- 3*10 (light weight)

Preacher curls- 3*10

Pull ups

Think this a good combo of speed/ quick sets, some weight for intensity and then some volume.
184 reps + what ever pull ups I do.

looking good! Personally I would give pull ups a bit more of a priority in the workout but either way it should be fine

I like doing them but something about them I can't do many, my elbows and shoulders start clicking. Doesn't hurt but is uncomfortable.

The clicking is likely just inflexibility in the area. Maybe try a little stretching for your upper body if you arent doing it already. Pull ups are just an awesome exercise they work so much of your upper body and in a way that contributes to great strength gains in other lifts
 
Yeah I stretch every time. Not sure what it is, probably just from years of neglect of health in the past. Hopefully it will go away eventually. I've taken joint repair sups several times and it seems to help. Probably just need to invest in somemore.
