I have found this site to help me answer most of my form questions. One thing I have learned is that form is so important to make gains.
I also get so irritated in the gym when I see guys swinging weights while curling or kick backing, bouncing bars off their chests while benching and doing other shit like that.
I'd rather lift lower weights correctly than heavier weights wrong.
