Just started lifting weights for the first time in my life. 34 yrs 150 lbs. Want to build serious bulk over the next 1 yr. Goal is to reach 200 lbs.
Current split as follows:
Tuesday
Back Lat pull down -Front 2X6 150 lbs
Bent over Rows 2X6 45 lbs
Chest Incline Bench Press 2X6 100 lbs
Incline Dumbell Flyes 2X6 20 lbs
Thursday
Quads Squats 2X6 50 lbs
Leg Extn. 2X6 40 lbs
Hams Leg curl 2X6 40 lbs
Calves Calf raises 2X6 50 lbs
Saturday
Shoulders Mil Press 2X6 50 lbs
Dumbell Press 2X6 20 lbs(each hand)
Side raises 2X6 20 lbs(each)
Triceps Extensions 2X6 15 lbs
Dips 2X10
Forearms Dumbell Curls 2X6 20 lbs
Abs Crunches 2X30
Leg raises 2X20
have I got it right? Any pointers would be most welcome.
