PIX, Please Critque Honestly....

Your ripped bro. To the people calling bull shit on him for not being naturall, come on he is not a mass monstor. Your legs need some serious work and calves, but u have plenty of time for that..seeing how your still a gym novice with 6 months under your belt.

not a mass monster? 16.5 arms at 6% bodyfat is not mass monster? Thats the fucking final goal of many people, and he achieves it in 6 months? ok.

To answer your questions which I receive all the time, and people always tell me that its bullshit so I don't take hard feelings from it but its true...I have no need to lie!

First this is me in the show

I was 158lbs @ about 3-4%bf after the show as most who have competed know you gain the weight that you lost back extremely fast. I gained that and then some.

I started working out seriously on Jan.05 2002. I have pictures after my 2 monthes of working out. Some guys at the gym thought that I had a great body to compete, I was hesitant at first then I decided to do it. That is all. It was my first show but I have taken a liking to the IRON GAME, and I'm here to stay and learn. I got 6th out of 18 competitors in the middlewieght division and I was the lightest in my division( a big mistake).

I started out a 148-150 after 2 months of serious eating and working out I got up to 174@ 7%bf and then I started cutting for the show got down to 158 @3-4%bf.

I'm at work, but I will be glad to put up some before pics. I don't have many without shirts on because I was extremely skinny and when you don't have it you don't flaunt it. But I will post them.

Thanks again for the comments and I hope that there is more constructive criticism to help me improve my body, thanks again.

hey buddy, you got me all wrong man, i wasn't calling you out or calling bullshit or anything....it's just that when i saw your pics and the fact that was the result of only six MONTHS of training, whereas i've been training for 6 YEARS (and i'll be honest, you look better than me), i just thought to myself; un-fucking-believable! anyway, muy impressive

a tip for the pictures, try to get them in a place where you can get more light or consider using a moderate intensity flash... because there are too much shades that don't allow to see if your symetry is really ok.
