Pinning pain

[FONT=&quot]Mine has to be pinning chest, which I did on Thursday. I always rotate between my delts; however, the pain I always get after pinning delts, feels as if someone took a straight punch on your shoulders. So this time I decided to try pecs. I've heard good things about pectoral injections so decided to give it a try. Unfortunately for me, even though I'm around the 13/14% the area I hold most of my fat is in my chest; therefore, using the same 5/8 was a bad idea. I feel as if I missed the whole muscle, and literally injected straight into fatty tissues.[/FONT]

Ouch, that sounds horrible. I personally rotate glutes and quads with 1.5" and 1" pins respectively. Sometimes pinning the quads hurts more than other times, but glutes are almost always golden.

quads have always been my worst spot... just very little room for error there

I don't think it's weird at all considering everything that is covered by our skin.

I've only ever injected my quads. I've two for a start. Plus I don't jab daily.

Just pain in the quads occasionally... Nothing really bad
