I'll be setting up my server in the next few months. i can host them right from home if you want.

Oh i forgot to mention.. before and after pics are worth more than you can imagine. take them. i wish i took them before i touched a plate. man i only wish i did.

Theses are after touching a plate, been lifting for 6 or 7 months all wrong though, not compound lifts or nothing I am just now starting to do it right

I sent to both, whoever wants to post them I apreciate, they are huge though I thought I scaled them down alot but they are still quite big. Sorry about that. If you can't resize them I will and resend them.

I got adobe photoshop and all that good stuff so i can resize them. Im in VA right now visitin my newly born neice so i won't do anything with them untill monday. I'll let you know.
