ok is that net carbs? subtracting fiber?
Also I need help with my protein fat day. My trainer agreed to let me try this diet she pretty much said if it doesn't work its on me and not her fault...I was kindof mad about that but any way, How many fat grams should I have 1/2 gram per lb you think? Also, I cant have eggs so what would you suggest for meal one? Thank you so much, I want to show her that her diet is not the only way.
