If i start working out now (which i plan to) i was wondering what percentage of my gains (if any lol) will be permanent? Fuck i dont wanna do all that work then stop for two weeks and have it all go away!!
I plan on doing pretty heavy stuff 3/4 days a week.
I'm 18 BTW, never worked out before.
