You know, I'll tell you a funny story:

I put a jar in the microwave once and the phone rang, I of course left it there and guess what happened. The damn thing explodes and my g/f was so mad...oh man, I got it good, made me clean up the whole mess...the moral of the story kids: don't leave the jar in the microwave

Update...

OMG, I had PB this morning. I'm in the middle of my cutting cycle and when I tasted it, I almost had an orgasm! Unfortunately, my girlfriend walked in and gave me a "funny look" I feel much better now and PB pretty much has curbed my sweet craving.
