any of the 600's are pretty tame until you get into them.. as for 750's.. i had a gsxr 750 and it was the most uncomfortable bike ever.. horrible stance and my wrists went numb after about 30 minutes.. it was a pure track bike... now i have an r1 and i have to say its a BADASS bike.. its light and nimble(for a liter bike) and although it might not have the magazine stats that the kawa or the gsrx do, i have never felt lagging with any of my bros..

but for your case i would def go with a 600.. a girl i used to ride with had a kawa 636 and it was a pretty sweet bike too.. i honestly think unless you track the bike, you rnot going to notice too too much of a difference among the lines..

ok...well you posted the second pic of the new 06 ZX10...which is a 1000R. and one of the fastest most powerful production bikes out!!!!...two of my riding buddies just bought one. im supposed to test it out this weekend, but its RAINING

Yeah, def a 600. I got hubby an R1 last year. Its really nice. The kawas on their official web site look like they are pretty cheap in price compared to a CBR600 or R6. I just dont know if at a real dealership it would be the same.

What does this mean: 8, 699MSRP? Is it really that cheap? I doubt it
