yes....worlds apart. the older 750 would not hold a candle to either of these bikes. Honda and Yamahas ride differently and have a different power delivery, handling characteristics...ergonomics is obviously a big diff too...go with what fits your body and feels good to sit in...most likely you would not have to lower either the R6 or CBR.

I was not talking about my old Ninja. Even my husband changed his mind about me riding it, cause all the things that were done to it. Plus, I wont be able to ride it a long time with that hard clutch

i would really lean toward a newer 600 FG...i had a ZX 750R which was sweet back in the day- however it was heavy and sluggish in handling IMO...fast bike tho. the only 750 i would consider is the new Suzi....its unreal. i'll get a pic...

Any 600 would be a good idea, they are compable in one aspect or another it basically comes down to money and taste
