The Palumbo keto diet says to do cardio at a low intensity for a long time, but when I do that at 120bpm, I dont even sweat so it feels weird. It says its LISS so that you burn fat, rather than muscle, but would taking some Test E help to preserve the muscle while doing cardio at a slightly higher intensity?
