Oxyelite pro with dmaa

First off, I took jack3d with dmaa for 4 years, so I'm familiar with dmaa. Towards the end when it got banned I had to significantly decrease the dosage (yeah, I was mixing 4 scoops with OxyContin pretty much to get high bc I was a junkie) because I started having severe panic attacks. Well I just got out of inpatient rehab after a 5 year addiction to opiates and benzos and am clean off everything. I gained a significant amount of weight so I ended up lucking out and finding old oxyelite with dmaa. I took 2 at one time today and trained. My heart was skipping beats and I felt like I couldn't catch my breath. My heart was pounding out of my chest and it scared me so I stopped working out. Is this normal for this supplement or is there a chance my heart may be damaged? Before anyone tells me that "this site isn't a doctors office and stop fucking with your life and quit asking people on the internet" I'll let you know that I went to the hospital 13 times worried about my heart and also saw 3 cardiologists and they all cleared me.

Number one you don't need to take a thermogenic fat burner for a pre-workout , I can tell you that it's very common to have heart palpitations while your training and you have a lot of caffeine in your system. The problem is once you get your heart rate in a position where it starts to beat irregularly mentally you start to panic which only makes your heart beat more rapidly. I'm not gonna be the one to tell you that you shouldn't be taking those type of supplements because I always push the limits myself , but with that being said being healthy and fit and losing weight and weight training shouldn't be stressful it should be a stress reliever , something that makes you feel better. I understand your goal is losing weight but there are many other supplements that can speed the process without putting you in dire straights during your training. You should read on this forum about the Sarms and Sarms stacks. They would help you to meet your goals without the health risks your putting yourself under right now.

Thanks for the reply I used to live by the stickies on the forum but kinda went extreme today. I took the pills actually about 2 hours prior to workout and it still adversely affected me but I'll stop.
