I don't understand all the hysteria when it comes to overtraining.
If you're growing and you're happy with the rate at which you're growing, why change because someone arbitrarily claims you're overtraining because of the volume of sets you do.
The ONLY barometer of overtraining is growth or lack of it. Anyone who can arbitrarily claim you are overtraining based on a specific number of sets is full of their own bullshit quite frankly.
If you're on a growth path, why change it......irrespective of what anyone else thinks.
