looking to lean

a month and a half of CKD and I am ready to die.... literally. ~more on that in a minute~ I wouldnt recommend a CKD to anyone. the swings were just too hard on me.
Ive been back on a more conventional lowered cal diet for a couple weeks. I feel much better in every sense. losing weight properly and comfortably. weights and cardio training are feeling fantastic! my body NEEDS those carbs to run, not a fan of ketones appearantly.
I figured Id get my blood work done after eating all that fat for soon long.
I just received my blood results back from my doctor:
Creatinine Kinase 348 u/l
LDL 4.54 mmol/L
HDL .81 mmol/L
Triglyceride .99 mmol/L
1 for 4.... easy to say that the ketosis wasnt for me.
what can I be taking to cure me of my woes...
Doc says, lots of aerobic exercise (altho wouldnt this elevate CK levels?).
no red meat, but lots of fish. thats fine, I live on the west coast of Canada, I fish for salmon regularly and my freezer is full.
Chicken is ok, but wont help my health.
Lots of veggies. which ones? I already eat lots of broc.
cut out all dairy. what about the milk in my scambled eggs? how many yolks are ok in my scamble? if any?
and finally doc says... lose weight... haha... thanx doc. kinda what Im looking to do. just didnt know I was killing myself while trying.
Googled my condition and found that flush-free niacin works wonders, so I picked some up this evening.
anyways, Im hell bent on getting my health back to normal over the next year... if not sooner.
any feedback is appreciated.
