overall arm size

I see this every where I go. guys with huge arms and mediocre forearms. how many of males have humungous guns with lacking forearm size? I aint talking shit or anything, but its like seeing a huge dude with skinny ass legs.
 
alot of bros just work the main upper part of the arm and leave the lower arm for "grip work" and just the fact that they hang on to heavy weights to contribute to development. i work my forearms occasionally just because of this fact. i use no wraps and such just to maximimze my stimulation.

I like to work forearms right after training upper arms, they are already pre-exhausted and don't need as much work or a warmup.
 
Dont mean to steal the thread but this seems like it might be a good place to try and fix this problem for a lot of people. How about people post their forearm/grip routine along with how often and on which days they like to do it. For me I do direct forearm work once a week on one of my off days. As of right now I do forearm curls (palms up and palms down) w/ an ez-curl bar and plate pinches to improve grip strength.
 
I do my full arm routine, bi's and tri's, then 3-4 sets of each type of forearm curls, palm up and palm down, between all the indirect and direct sets, they are thoroughly trashed afterwards.
 
I had just started to timplement forearm exercises in my arm routine. my arms are my weakest links on my body, unfortunately. what are plate pinches btw?
 
grab 2 plates (start light) and hold them face together with just your finger tips and hold on for like 30-60 seconds then do it for the other hand. When yo hit 60 secs try increasing the weight.
