I know its all good to acknowledge your weaknesses so you can address them, however I think to balance that, we really need to list our strengths as well in pursuit of the fitness lifestyle.
My strengths are:
1) My ability to not care what I shovel down at "refueling time".
2) My love of gym time, seeing what my body can do & learning new ways to do it.
3) My increasing tolerance (and appreciation) of cardio.
4) My increasing respect and appreciation for high reps / light weight. (My back agrees w/ this one too.)
5) The motivation I gain from all you girls (and guys) and the confidence & self-esteem I gather from that.
