I have all of tghem except the Blues. Get the minis and regulars , they come in pairs. The minis are great for speed bench and are also good to warm up your shoulders and tris with by standing on them and doing raises as well as throwing it over a rack and doing pushdowns and stuff. THey also work well for strenghtening the rear delt.
Te regular bands you will need if you squat between 300-450. With these you can also do face pulls for dealts and traps as well as tri work for recovery. I occasionally use them for standing ab work and always use them for hip work on leg days. I thiink the regulars are the most versatile of the bands and highly recomend getting them with the minis.
