Pct day 3: Weight= 162.2lbs (yesterday) weight gain still +14.2lbs. My strength is still going all up mildly. I'll be posting day 4 later wen I get back from gym.
 
PCT Day 4: today I weigh 161lbs. Still +13lbs. Did bi/tri today. Seemed to be weaker today for bi but felt the burn more than anything. And hey guys, I got a question. Since I started taking Nolvadex, I get this really bad burning feeling on the ride side of my upper back. Feels like it burns bad internally than goes away over a little time nd returns again potentially later.
 
Pct day 5: did legs today. Was a little weaker in terms of strength. Weight = 161lbs. Still + 13lbs. Someone post response to day 4 please.
 
Pct day 6: (didn't post yesterday) so day 6 was break day. Honestly I feel like I LOST alot of weight.. I'm thinking I'm + 8-10lbs at the moment.. I'll see today wen I go to gym. Will post day 7 later

Everyone told u NOLVA is garbage, too many sides, should of got that HCGenerate or unleashed, ur gonna lose weight and strength gains cuz ur PCT was no good. But u can't say people didn't warn u.

Strength still going up minor on nearly every workout. Only thing that's really getting weaker is biceps. Everything else tho, still going up.
 
Pct day 7: did shoulder workout today. Strength was up on shoulders. Weight gain is +10lbs. So my assumption was right.. I have lost weight. But the last 2 days I havnt been eating much at all.. I been out partying for st Patrick day stuff. Haha..

Pct day 11: I've missed some updates. But pct ain't worth updating everyday.. Did my chest workout n strength is up slightly. I'm not losing ANY strength really. I keep getting stronger n stronger still.
Weight gain: + 11.5lbs
