Hello everyone, I am starting an ORAL TBOL cycle. I am going to be updating this everyday for those of you interested in following this log!! let me know if u are interested or not!
Workout History:
Been lifting proper for the last 2 years!, My current weight is VERY LIGHT, because of the fact that i had a injury to my shoulder and i could not workout for 4 months, I lost about 10lbs and ive been struggling to gain weight back. I eat roughly 3200-3600 calories per day with a protein intake of 150-200g. I know I am no where near my genetic potential, which is why i have ONE question!!! Because I am doing roids at the age of (21) and I am not close to my genetic potential, have I messed up my natural growth forever? is it possible for me to still reach my genetic potential after PCT? or am i forever doomed to gaining weight by only using roids? lol. thanks LET ME KNOW

Turinabol with TestFREAK (Natural Test Booster) (Reason im not doing injectables is because i had a family member who was addicted to heroine and i find it disgusting putting a needle into myself.
Turinabol 50mg Week 1-2
Turinabol 60mg Week 3-6
I am dosing the Turinabol in 2 seperate doses. 7am and 7pm everyday.
PCT = Nolvadex 20/20/20/20
I figured this was a good enough PCT for what i am doing.
So far I am on day 2 of the cycle and will update this EVERYDAY!
Day 1: Just taken, but worked out good in the gym, already felt bigger (mentally) because the fact that the roids are in me LOL
Sides: Had troubles sleeping all night, tossing and turning, felt wide awake!!
Day 2: No noticeable strength gains yet, bodyweight still the same. I dont expect really anything for the first week anyways.
Sides: Stomach is going crazy, finding myself constantly in the washroom.. Ugh..
Day 3: Just got back from chest workout, I think day 3 is where it starts to work a little. Already feel a little more energetic. I still had troubles sleeping the night before.. Its a real pain in the ass.. feels like im awake all night just tossing and turning.
Weight gain: +2lbs already but i do not know if thats just because i ate lots today.. not sure..
Sides: Minor stomach cramps throughout the day and light headaches after my workout is finished, another thing is my sh*t is never solid anymore.. :/
Day 4: Did my shoulder workout today, no real strength gains as of yet.. I for sure feel more energetic in the gym tho.
Weight gain: Still +2lbs already and its only been 4 days!
Sides: Minor cramping still in stomach, Food not digesting properly which is giving me bombs in the washroom, Libido is through the roof!, i feel the need to go for almost any girl.. staring at them like meat! Cant really sleep at night still and it leaves me tired throughout the whole day!
Day 5: Just got back from back workout. Strength gains are starting to become noticeable. I upped my weight for all my back exercises today. Im not sure if its the tbol or not or if its just natural strength gain. Still very energetic throughout the day also!
Weight Gain: +2lbs still! so i know for a fact now that i did in fact gain 2lbs.. it was not just because i ate alot that one day.. the 2lbs gain has been consistent for last 3 days now!
Sides: Still have minor cramping throughout the day!! its starting to annoy me very much!! Food is still NON DIGESTIVE!!! WHATS THE DEAL!? Tums dont even help!. At night i still cant sleep as well! its almost like an insomnia feeling! i feel wide awake all night just tossing and turning.. its ridiculous.. is it because my dosage is at a later time in the evening at 7pm? im not too sure. Last night before bed/ All of today i finally became aware that i have really bad lower back pumps.. haha.. Im in an automotive course in school and it makes it very difficult to perform work with this back!! terrible.. So far so good though. Mentally I feel as if i look bigger already.. not sure if its a reality or not though.. although i did gain that 2lbs! but not sure how its possible that it came on so fast! thanks.
PS. Protein intake last few days has been roughly 180g
Day 6: Just got back from Bi,Tri workout. Strength gains are finally noticeable! i upped weight on bi's by 5lbs and I upped my tricep stuff by 5-20lbs depending on the exercise. I am still very energetic in the gym but find myself exhausted when im not lol.
Weight gain: +2.5lbs not much of a gain yet, but its only been 6 days now!!
Sides: Cramping still throughout the day, LAST NIGHT ON OTHER HAND!! the pain was almost unbearable!! i cudnt slouch and have things folding around my stomach.. the pain was too much.. the way i got rid of the pain i found was to drink more water the second it starts to hurt, stand up straight and just chill.. The pain occurs mostly when i sit down or when im walking around! back pumps have now been less irritating.. they went from pretty crazy to very mild. My sleep for the first time felt complete since i started the cycle!! Libido is through the roof still.. ONE THING THAT IS STILL NOT GOOD IN ANY WAY!!! is my digestive system.. Im still poopin No solids.. Its painful throughout the day.. constantly needing to go to the toilet!! ugh..
Vascularity: I've noticed I look more defined and im getting a lot thicker looking.. so far so good.. day 6 and things seem to be going great!!
Day 7: Got back from my leg workout, strength gains are very noticeable now. ive increased weight on everything now. The energy drain feeling during the day is not as bad as it was towards the beginning of cycle. odd? im not sure..
Weight gain: +3.2lbs. pretty good i must say for only 7 days!!
Sides: Cramping still throughout day, im starting to think that this will be a permanent thing throughout the cycle.. Back pumps are on and off, and i also just started to get shin pumps or feels like they are splitting almost? i have no idea.. Libido has started to go down a little.. Im not sure what happen? When i ejaculate now, it feels like theres almost nothing coming out? almost as if im dried out? whats the deal with that? DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IS STILL ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.. its almost as if im not living a normal life anymore cuz i have to constantly go to the bathroom haha..
Vascularity: Still looking more defined, especially around my chest/ shoulders.. Getting bigger looking and more cut.. Im noticing not really anything around my stomach area though.. But than again I DO NOT DO CARDIO!!
Day 8: Got back from yet another chest workout. Strength gains are getting better by the workout. Increased weight by 5lbs on each press.
Weight gain: +3lbs now. Dropped a small fraction.
Sides: Terrible stomach still, (Taking a lot of tums to help out). Libido is still not like it was at very start of cycle, but i can still get it up just fine and everything but i shot a blank on one occasion which has never happen before.. Pumps are all minor and not crazy anymore like they were before. Cramps still continue on and off!, Sleepy now after my workouts, feel very exhausted. Sleeping troubles are again on and off!
Vascularity: Still notice the same as yesterday. I do look bigger/ more cut though.. Stomach im still undecided if it looks better or worst, I dont know whats in my head or not.
Day 9: Finished a shoulder workout and i was able to do heavier weights on every exercise.
Weight Gain: +4lbs went back up!
Sides: Today had massive lower back pumps which made it hard to stand on my feet even, Stomach today was the bet out of any other day, Last night was nearly impossible to sleep!, No longer shooting ''blanks'', Fellas down below still no shrinkage, Developed little bit of acne on my back which i have never had in my life before.
Vascularity: forsure notice myself looking much bigger. I like it Have gotten nice compliments already which feels good haha. Staying same bodyfat % im pretty sure and im just gaining dry mass so far as far as i've noticed. I know what water weight looks like from dbol, this on other hand looks very dry!
Day 10: Got back from a VERY long workout because I cannot workout tomorrow. Did Back, Bicep, Tricep today and man am i EXHAUTED!! Strength still going up minor every workout!
Weight Gain: +5lbs!! I am extremely happy so far!! averages out to half a pound PER DAY!! GREAT Turinabol!
Sides: Stomach cramps are starting to just not happen anymore!, Lower back pumps are getting deadly, Shin splits also. Stomach is still in pain sometimes and i cannot poop right LOL. Libido is BACK UP I feel hornier than before LOL. it went from very horny to meh, to awesome again! Lil bit of acne aswell on face and back *TERRIBLE SIDE* WORST one of all.
Vascularity: im getting more veins and just plain bigger! most notice is on shoulders and biceps!!
Day 11: I will not be updating (Today is rest day)
Day 12: Got back from Legs/ Chest workout, again did two muscle groups because i am not working out tomorrow for family stuff. Strength STILL GOING UP, Im starting to feel the effects of Tbol a lot more now!
Weight Gain: +7.5lbs!!!!! I have gained ALOT OF WEIGHT ALREADY!?!? is this normal for 12 days in? as far as i can tell theres no water weight.. it seems to be dry weight.
Sides: Cramps at random times, Stomach is getting a little bit better, i just lowered my dairy intake.. Yesterday on my break day i got a REALLY bad headache.. Libido is actually higher again!
Vascularity: I seem to be getting bigger n bigger! its awesome, Im REALLY Veiny from my upper chest, through my shoulders all the way down my arm.. is this a bad thing? ive never been able to see my veins like that? what does that mean?
Day 13: rest day again, will update tomorrow
Day 14: Got back from shoulder workout today still full of energy when it comes to working out. Feeling effects more now!
Weight Gain: +8lbs Thats really good if u ask me!!
sides: Stomach cramps rare occassion now, Got the worst headache of my life yesterday, Hard to fall asleep at night, stomach is getting better now though, poopin solids more.
Vascularity: Getting bigger and bigger, have already received many compliments on my weight gain. Im not sure what my BF % has been like though. Im getting that checked out at end of cycle.
Day 15: I did my back workout today and strength is going up very little now. Is week 3 suppose to be when it really starts? does anyone know? like when does tbol really begin to kick in?? I heard 3 weeks but is that meaning start of week 3 (Day 15) or end of week 3 (Day 21). Today I felt far from full of energy! I felt very slug like and lazy! but i still pushed through it!
Weight Gain: +8lbs Still. Finally stopped increasing everyday. Im actually .1lbs lighter lol. So really +7.9lbs haha.
Sides: Cramps nearly never happen now! Headaches seem to be on the days that I do not gym, is that odd or no? Libido is still all good, lower back pumps + shin splits are terrible but manageable.
Vascularity: Same as Yesterdays comment haha.
Day 16: Got back from bi/Tri workout and it was pretty good. Strength still going up on these 2 muscle groups and I really feel a good pump in the moment. Still feeling a tiny bit sluggy and stuff and felt i didnt have the same push feeling as i did before in the gym. All this could be of lack of sleep though.. I only got 3 hours of sleep last night and did not really eat much last night and this morning. This is where my weight comes into play...
Weight Gain: +6lbs I lost 2lbs from not eating much but im sure this will come back quick once i start eating again? Maybe thats my true weight gain? Empty stomach = what i really am right?
Sides: Poopin more solids now because i cut back on a lot of my dairy, Cramps or stomach pain if i do not drink enough water, Sluggish but maybe thats only cuz i did not sleep much.. other than that all seems to be fine down below and it functions properly still.
Vascularity: Felt smaller today from the lost weight but that could all just be mental.. Lookin better than before i started though which is a + either way.
Day 17: Got back from my leg workout and my legs are pretty sore i must say.. I think i hurt my knee from doing too heavy of weight on squat.. it hurts pretty bad as im typing this.. im hoping it will pass overnight.. I did not do stretches so that is my fault.. strength was up little bit today..
Weight Gain: Weight back up and more than before It shows what more eating and sleep can really do!!! Weight Gain +9.5lbs
Sides: Cramps basically gone, Libido all good, looks good below too, Headaches when i dont drink enough water/ kidney or Liver pain.. iunno just some kind of internal pains if i dont drink enough. On and off slee/no sleep.. a tiny bit sluggish during day if i do not get atleast 8hours!
Vascularity: All I can say is I continue to grow
Day 18: Got back from my chest workout and I was a little bit stronger! My knee from yesterday feels way better than yesterday, should be healed by time my next leg workout comes along.
Weight Gain: +10lbs Im back up! Weight Gain on week 3 is nothing compared to the first 2 weeks.
Sides: internal pains when i dont drink enough water, Shin/Calve pumps are just plain retarded.. Random small pains in my nuts, almost like im getting kicked.. Last only a few minutes till it passes though. Thats about it now.
Vasucilarity: Arms, Shoulders look the most defined and every muscle group seems to be growing except its minimal on my chest!! It sucks cuz bigger chest is what i wanted most out of this cycle
Day 19: Rest Day
Day 20: Home from shoulder workout and this is by far the most pumped my shoulders have ever felt during a workout.. It was almost unbearable to continue!! I managed to push through it but it was very very painful
Weight Gain: +10.2lbs Week 3 is not as great as the first 2 weeks in my opinion I wanna gain more!! but I guess im doing pretty well for just a Tbol cycle with a natural Test Booster..
Sides: Basically if i were to tell you sides as of now.. it seems as though i have none aside from the occasional stomach pains.. My appetite is also not like it was during week 1-2
Vascularity: shoulders/arms looking great.. getting bigger everywhere still. Lowest gains have been on chest.
Day 21: got back from my back workout and I must say I def did not have that "push" to workout today.. Just felt weaker all around...
Weight gain: well.. I'm up 9lbs now and honestly I am getting very angry... WHY am I not gaining more now!? I even upped the dose to 60mg at the start of week 3.. I heard week 3/4 are magical weeks? I BEG TO DIFFER!
Sides: stomach cramps on occasion. SHIN PUMPS r just the worst side.. Walking is even a challenge..
Vascularity: still feel better n look better than start of cycle but I am disappointed with the weight gain aspect
Day 22: Today I did a Bi/ Tri workout was very exhausted afterwards. Strength not really going up much more for these exercises.. Oh well..
Weight Gain: +9.5lbs.. Seems as though I cannot break the +10lbs i seem to just be dropping..
Sides: Minor cramping, And this night I got a really bad fever, Really bad flu!! feel very weak and had no sleep this night at all!
Vascularity: still better than before ..
Day 23: Today I did a leg workout with the flu.. I think i sweat out my fever but did i just kill all my energy to get better or what? cuz i felt better once i was sweating.
Weight Gain: +9.2lbs Slowly just dropping this is terrible.. I dunno what to do!! I might make the cycle shorter and just up the dosage??
Sides: Libido seems like its not quite there like it was. But i can still get it up.. just not as craving in a way.. not to sure whats goin on.. haha oh well!
Vascularity: Same old same old..
Day 24: just got back from my chest workout, very minor strength gains. I still feel very weak cuz of my flu.. Going to the gym sick is the worst. What is better resting when ur sick or forcing urself to workout? I feel if I sat at home it'd be a waste knowing im on gear.
Weight gain: So today I weighed myself at 9am. I ate 2bowls of cereal and 500ml of Milk at 6am. So by the time I weighed myself I figured my stomach was empty. so far every single day I've scaled myself it has not been in the morning. It's usually been between 4-6pm when I have plenty of food in me. So I am guessing that is why my weight is different all the time? I'm not sure.. I'm currently making excuses because I just keep losing weight.. My current weight gain is 8.6lbs. I'm starting to feel very unmotivated because the fact that gains seem to be stopping.. Should I cut the cycle short? I feel I'm putting my body through more for no actual point. If gains slow or stop does it not mean I shud just plain stop??
Sides: random pains in the inside. Last night/ just before I typed this I twisted my body to the side and felt the most painful sharp pain. Almost like things on the inside twisted up nd mangled together. The pain leaves me almost paralyzed for a minute or 2 until it passes. My Libido for a fact is not as great as it was.. I still have interest but when I do get it up, it's def not as hard as it was week 1-2.
Vascularity: I'm bigger n more defined. I WANT MORE THOUGH!!!

Day 25- Rest Day
Day 26- Shoulder workout today was intense, felt the burn like crazy.. felt sluggish the whole time i was in there but was able to lift the same.. felt very exhausted and didnt wanna even do the workout at all but i still forced myself. Im just getting over my flu. All im left with is stuffy nose and minor cough. Fevers and headaches from illness is gone.
Weight Gain- +10.8lbs but that was only because i had a bite to eat 30 minutes before my workout. (I usually scale myself on the digital scale at my gym for all who are curious) Honestly I have NO idea what my true weight gain is.. I know its atleast 8lbs!
Sides: Really bad LAT cramps.. is that odd or what? have any of you experienced this before on a cycle? (they started on my rest day). They make me feel very paralyzed and stunned for a short time.. if i move it feels like its pinching something. Stomach pains on both right + left side (Lower area, the very bottom corner areas of ur stomach,) Slugish, hard to get out of bed. Libido id say is totally fine. Not shooting blanks. I dont seem to have an urge to instigate sex, BUT its not a problem getting it up if there is an instigator. I believe im not shutdown yet, but that cud be because of the artificial test that im still able to get it up? im not sure.
Vascularity: Seem to be getting pretty toned on shoulders, arms, chest. minimal on stomach. Legs look better, ass looks way better LMAO.. my girl been complementing it lots lately haha. overall, i just started to notice the bigger/ toned look.
Side Note: Today I upped the dosage to 70mg, for all those who did not follow. I started at 50mg than upped it to 60mg and now 70mg. and will do 70mg for a following 8 more days! cutting my cycle short by a little bit. LOG ALMOST OVER!

Day 27- Back workout today was pretty good, felt everything, pumped within first set. Still feeling a little slugish with nearly no motivation to do anything! it sucks a lot!! but my cycle is almost done! only 7 days left.. Im doing 70mg currently. Minor stuffy nose still kicking around, with minor sore throat still, basically getting a lot better though. I still have my eye infection though if u guys were unaware, i developed one haha.
Weight Gain + 8.5lbs Im thinking all the weight gain is just plain DONE.. Im kinda chocked because i only gained weight within the first 2 weeks! after that nearly nothing.. BASICALLY NOTHING ACTUALLY.
Sides: Really bad lat cramps still, Some pains in stomach still.. the usual jazz...
Vascularity: Still better than before i started so im not complaining..
Day 28- Bi/ Tri workout today was very good. Very slow controlled movements really kick ur ass haha. Feeling pretty slugish still. Still pushing through that though!!
Weight Gain: +9lbs My weight gain is fluctuating lots.. its all about what i eat though.. my diet has been very off recently.. Im very stressed out, recently ive been doing terrible in terms of life!
Sides: Pains in stomach but oh well.. Im close to the end, no bitching out now. (I upped dose to 80mg for last 6 days or so) Lat cramps every now and than still. Lower back pumps during workouts only.
Vascularity: Pretty good, I think abs are looking better than before cycle.. im really not too sure.. haha
Day 29- Leg workout today and it was brutal! my legs feel like they are just destroyed internally.. Im not sure whats up haha.. more sore than they evey been! Ive been very depressed (Last night/ Today) my Girl friend of 2 1/2 years just broke up with me and im a mess, as much as i dont wanna sound like a bitch!.. Im hardly eating and almost just dont wanna eat or go to the gym now.. Ive lost motivation for almost EVERYTHING.. I just recently dropped out of post secondary and dont know what to do with myself anymore.. nothing to keep me busy and its hurting pretty badly..
Weight Gain: +10lbs (I had a massive meal last night) + I ate 30 mins before i scaled myself today..
Sides: Pains in lower stomach still occuring but they are not agonizing pain.. which is good.. I feel just plain terrible.. wanna give up on LIFE pretty soon atleast..
Vascularity: If i stayed where I am now I guess i would be satisfied..
Notes: Dosage currently 80mg now. 5 days left i believe.

Day 30: Did my chest workout and was the most intense chest workout ive had yet. Chest was so pumped it was great. Strength still going up on chest too.
Weight Gain: +10.5lbs not bad.. Will see if thats what it comes to in the end though..
Sides: Crazy pumps in lats, shins, lower back. Stomach pains on occassion. Feel very slug like.
Vascularity: Getting pretty good im pretty sure im getting more and more toned.
Day 31: Rest Day (Today + 2 days left) last 3 days Im doing 90mg
Day 32: Today I did Shoulders and Back. Felt great, Very nice burn, 1 more day after today!! ahh! lol
Weight Gain + 12lbs (I guess uping the dosage did do something!!
Sides: Shin pumps almost unbearable now!! haha cant walk a block without needing to stop and sit!! LOL.. also minor side cramps and Lat cramps are pretty bad!!
Vascularity: I def look bigger! no questions! I think I maintained same vascularity from the start!! not entirely sure though..
Day 33: SOOOO today was a very intense day!! although I only worked out biceps it was nuts.. so the story is.. today Is last day of the cycle and I had 3 leftover pills so I figured.. HMm!! I guess today Ill pop 120mg! THAT WAS A MISTAKE!! Im not sure what happened but 10 minutes after I consumed the pills I ended up needing to go to the emergency room!! I had seizures like no tomoro! i honestly thought I was going to die! it started with my feet shaking uncontrollably and my body feeling really cold, next thing u know my whole entire body is shaking without control and I had a lost feeling, not connected to the world at all! Im okay now, but I know now not to mess with roids if u got extra! LOL jesus what a night..
Weight Gain: +13lbs (Lol popping the extra amounts the last 3 days really did help..)
Vascularity: Bigger than before guaranteed
PCT: Nolvadex 20/20/20 (Small shitty pct) W.E THOUGH
Day 1 PCT: Weight Gain + 14lbs
Least went with something mild but you don't need anything right now even if are a hardgainer. Give it another couple yrs natural get weight up least another 15lbs before consider anything else
