? on Board Presses

I'm doing board presses as my max output day for bench. Do I use 3",4",5" all in the same workout or do i switch it up from workout to workout?

cheers lads

Like I always say, everyone has there own opinions....

Its hard to say because I dont know if you are using a shirt or not..I don't even know if your compeiting. If you are, I like to find wear my weak spot is with my shirt on and base that upon how many boards I want to use. Whatever your doing, I say at least keep the same board for one day...

you should keep it the same throughout the workout, you're talking about ME day right?

ya, ME day, i'm kind of new at this. I don't wear a shirt and i'm not competing. I'm doing it to increase strength, speed and power for rugby.

1 more question, will thick bungee cords work in place of bands? i'm a bit broke at the moment. i've heard that they will work in place of them. if so, how long should they be?
thanks for your patience guys!

Cheers

TX, we rotate. With our first two ME moves, we generally make one a high partial and one a low. We might do 2 board this week, then our second move would be JM's or something like that. Then a few weeks down the road, if we're doing 4 or 5 board, or 2nd move may be somthing to work the bottom part instead.

Too answer your question....we do one board each ME Bench day, and then do a different board the next time.
