Oooh, I like how you put that, Muskles! Reminds me, I also wanted to add that:

There is NO Finish Line. :D

(That is actually on a Nike poster hanging in one of the clubs where I workout - there's a photo of a lady sitting on a weight bench in a free weight room).

There's no need to rush since this should be a lifelong committment! I always think of myself as 'training for life', particularly since I'm not training to compete & I don't play any sports.

Give it some time. At some point it will be, "working out makes me feel like shit and a day off makes me feel good." In fact, a week off will feel wonderful.

It's a hard concept to understand early on. But a year of non-stop training and you'll change your mind.

Perhaps try working two jobs, or maybe three. Make money with your time. Gives you something else to focus on. Perhaps a labor job (UPS, Fed-X) where you are physically active.

I can definately relate to that, dont know that much about two or three jobs, but i guess in a way I do too. Ive got a job then also run a commerical web portal for home and well the gym is not exactly around the corner so time to drive there, work out, drive back takes up too much time :)

But your quote right at the top - I can realte to that :D
