Obama rings up Limbaugh’s ‘slut,’ Georgetown’s Sandra Fluke

I don't understand why the school should pay for it.

wait what? I thought she was wanting obamacare to cover it....wasn't that why Rush was gettin his hose bunched? If she was wanting the school to pay for it what was Rush's point about "us paying for it"??

Yeah and I completely missed the apparent reason for Rush's comments further down in the article. All the first couple paragraphs along with the video said was he called her a slut/prostitute merely because of "her support of women having access to birth control." Easier to sympathize with vs starting off with government subsidized BC.

okay so now i understand why you were talking about boner pills, which this story had nothing to do with.
the slut claims she is too broke to afford BC, and that her college should cover the bill (a catholic school that has a policy of not doing that sorta thing).
here is a snippet from her lil feel good speech, tell me you don't feel a ounce of pity for this elistist nitwit

When I look around my campus, I see the faces of the women affected, and I have heard more and more of their stories. . On a daily basis, I hear from yet anothervwoman from Georgetown or other schools or who works for a religiously affiliated employer who has suffered financial, emotional, and medical burdens
because of this lack of contraceptive coverage. And so, I am here to share their voices and I thank you for allowing them to be heard.
Without insurance coverage, contraception can cost a woman over $3,000 during law school. For a lot of students who, like me, are on public interest scholarships,
that’s practically an entire summer’s salary. Forty percent of female students at Georgetown Law report struggling financially as a result of this policy. One told us of how embarrassed and powerless she felt when she was standing at the
pharmacy counter, learning for the first time that contraception wasn’t covered, and had to walk away because she couldn’t afford it. Women like her have no
choice but to go without contraception. Just last week, a married female student told me she had to stop using contraception because she couldn’t afford it any longer

With that said, I agree with you bino. 3000 is bull.
