Is it o.k. to eat oatmeal while on a cutting diet? I usually eat a bowl of plain oatmeal with a scoop of protien powder about an hour after cardio in the a.m. The rest of the day I keep my carb intake pretty low while keeping my protien intake high.
The main reason oatmeal is good for cutting is that it is all natural ( no addatives or preservatives) and as stated before, it's an excellent comp. carb source.
