nutrisystem legit?

saw a commercial for this nutrisystem program again after years not seeing it. seems like these celebrities got some good weight loss doing it. the program is kinda expensive but they send you the food and it is just popping in the microwave. anyone on here try it and is it worth the money or no?

i dated a girl whose sister tried that shit, it was boxed food and very nutrional deficient. you can lose weight on that crap only cause your regular diet is so bad. but it isn't going to a thing for you long term.
