Noopept source

Not sure if this is the right section for this but I'm looking to find a good source for noopept( unless someone feels there is a better one). I found a few places with good prices but not sure if they are reliable. I'd post them up but I'm not sure if I can in this section? If some one can pm about it or let me know who to pm would be great. Thanks everyone

PSL has a couple options for that. I have never used them but the younger generation is so addicted to electronics and stimulants that i can totally see why they would need these
