I have a friend who has a lump on his chest and he can pop it back in with his finger. He said it is a hernia and he went to the doc and they said as long as it doesn't cause pain, that it's up to him if he wants to get it taken care of. So it might be a hernia in your case. Go get it checked out. Don't fuck around one it comes to your health. Better safe than sorry.
