Noticed since I started liftin heavy and Juicin that every so often my belly button gets uncomforatable. It actually like pops out of its socket and I have to push it back in to place. It doesn't pop out all the time but when it does I can tell. Like I say I just push it back into place until it does it again. Every few weeks or so this happens. What the hell is up with this? Anybody else gotta deal with this? Wouldn't be a hernea would it? cuz it doesnt hurt like it seems one should.
