NO INFUSE Log - the-short-one

March 8.

blasted the pecs today. 5 sprays on each. rubbed it in. waited until i could feel the warmth before i started the workout. it makes stretching and warmup set easier because the muscle is already warmed up.

I only did 2 exercises - incline flys and incline dumbell press - but "superseted" them together in sets of 20 each until I reached 100 reps per exercise. My chest is really burning. I will re-apply the No INFUSE after I finish with this log.

BTW - my hamstrings/glutes are SORE. :D good leg workout yesterday.
 
March 9.

Big cardio day today. 45 minutes of weights/step/kickboxing combo followed by abs. I felt like I was going to pass out afterwards ----> a sign that I did it right. Hams and chest are sore. I like that feeling. :D

First cardio I've done in a week, thanks to the back. Still out. Got an adjustment today and it hurts like hell. Prescription for vicodin. Tomorrow is arms.
 
March 10.

Arms & back.
Double split workout today. Morning workout - Sprayed NO INFUSE (5 sprays per arm) and rubbed it in. I couldn't get the stuff on my back. :D Warm up with push ups.

3 sets of 16
Seated double arm row
Rear Delt Row
dumbell curls
hammer curls
preacher curls
tricep kickbacks
french press
skull crusher
dips (no weight)

sprayed NO INFUSE after. Arms felt like balloons. :D

Arms - Stripping method tonight. Sprayed NO INFUSE (5 sprays per arm) and rubbed it in. Warm up with alternating dumbell curls, set of 12.

Concentration curl, Arnold style - stripped weight from 25 lbs to 8 pounds - reps to failure. Just one (per arm) big burning set.

Alternating dumbell curls - 20 lbs to 8 lbs, same method as above

Alternating Hammer Curls - 20l bs to 8 lbs, same method as above

Tricep Kickbacks - 15 lbs to 8 lbs, 75 straight reps

French Press - 25 lbs to 8 lbs, 75 straight reps

Arms feel like BIG balloons. I would definitely say that the No INFUSE is felt most in the biceps/triceps. have big blue veins popping out on my biceps. Definite pump. Sprayed NO INFUSE after workout and rubbed in. I
 
March 11 - off.

March 12.

Legs this morning. 14 sprays per thigh. Rubbed it in good and let it dry.
20 minutes of non-stop leg work. Only rest was to change weight. (dumbell workout)

Lunge/Dip superset - 45 reps per leg

Squats with feet together, toes pointed out - 15 reps

Hover Squats with feet together - pulsing on lower end of movement - 15 reps

Squats with feet together, toes pointed out + alternating hip abduction - 30 reps

Step ups - 14 inch step. 32 reps per leg

Plie Squats, feet wide with pulse on lower end of movement - 12 reps

Elevator Lunges on 10 inche step with pulse on lower end of movement - toes pointed out- 12 reps per leg

Dead Lift, feet together - up and down the rack to 100 reps without rest. (legs shook so bad by the end of this one that I had to squat down with my head between my knees. :D)

15 minutes of floor work with ankle weights. Inner and outer thigh abductions. Glute isolations. OUCH.

10 minutes of ab work.


My legs are shaking. Quads feel HUGE.
 
March 13.

Did cardio at 6am - weight/step. It pretty much kicked my ass, which leads me to believe that my carbs are too low. Followed my cardio with a bowl of oatmeal, an apple, and high fiber toast w/a little honey. Should fix the carb problem.

I'd normally do shoulders or chest today (or both), but I'm working for my boyfriend tomorrow on his asphalt crew - He runs a paving/underground company and we're blacktopping a couple of winding driveways by the golf course. This means I have a 10 hour date with a shovel tomorrow. Don't know if you've every shoveled blacktop, but it's a hell of a lot of work.

I'll get a good cardio workout and shoulder/arms/back/abs. I'm thinking of taking Spraying the NO INFUSE on my arms in the morning before I go, and possibly taking the stuff with me to spray on again later in the day. A kind of -on-the-job test. :D IF nothing else, it will get me warmed up for the shovel.

I like it. If nothing else, it really gets my muscles warmed up for the workout. I can really tell the difference when I do arms. The pump is definitely there. When using the NO INFUSE, I feel that I can squeeze out a few more reps. My usual routine wasn't as challenging after using the No INFUSE. I had to mess around with my reps/sets/weight used to conciously make myself feel the burn.
 
OK - Asphalt job turned in to 2 days. I got a great upper body workout on Monday and Tuesday. My hams are STILL sore from my leg workout on March 12. wow. I think I'm on the last day of the pain, though. :D

This morning I did a light upper body workout with enphasis on shoulders. Sprayed the NO INFUSE (5 sprays per) on the shoulders before workout.

Shoulder workout was:

3 sets, 15 reps per set. Minimal rest between set.

Lateral Raises
Front Raises
Military Press
 
Looking good, great log
 
I've been out of town for 10 days. At the lake/camping for spring break. Didn't work out, didn't diet. Felt good. :D

Back to it tomorrow, and will continue my No INFUSE log.
