following is a cut-and-paste from my log last week, per Sawastea:

Feb 26

Worked chest this afternoon. Sprayed the NO INFUSE (5 sprays was more than enough) on chest, being careful not to get it on the tender parts.

It's a little sticky, but nothing I'd complain about. Waited to put my shir on until it dried. Smells mildly like rubbing alcohol.

I waited about 25 minutes before starting workout. During that time, I could definitely feel a slight warmth in my chest. Kind of like the feeling you get in a muscle when you stretch it and warm it up before exercise.

3 sets 15 reps of each exercise. Minimal rest between sets and exercises.

Bench Press
Fly
Guillotine
Pullovers
Cable crossovers
close hand push ups

This workout felt easy tonight. I don't know if it's because of the NO INFUSE or if I'm just full of energy today. Workout has been finished for 10 minutes and my chest is very warm. Noticeably so when I put my hand on my chest. Can feel the heat coming off. Feels good.

My chest is my most underdeveloped body part, so I'm hoping NO INFUSE will allow me to work my chest harder and more often.

I also worked shoulders, but workout was in morning and I did not have NO INFUSE at that time.

Arms today.

Sprayed 5 sprays per arm. I def don't need 10. Rubbed it in until dry. After approx. 5 minutes, I noticed a tingle-slight itch in the biceps. It's close to the same feeling you get when you use the "tingle" lotion for tanning beds. Not as severe, though.

12-15 reps, 3 sets or each. minimal rest between sets.

Tricep dips
close hand bench press
push ups with hands facing inward
french press

barbell curls
dumbell curls
hammer curls
concentration curls

Noticed a definite pump. During workout, my arms felt swollen - like baloons. :D Didn't feel the burn as much as usual.

Chest isn't as sore today as I expected it to be. Do I owe this lack of pain to NO INFUSE? :D Not sure.

March 1

Did a full body workout - cardio w/weight training this morning at 6 am. 1 hour. Did not use NO INFUSE because I didn't emphasise any particular body part.

March 4

My back has been out since wednesday (March 2). uhg. One of the water lines on my property broke on the 2nd, and I had to dig (by hand) a 6 foot hole to repair the pipe. (How many women do you know that can do that? ) Threw my lower back out during the shoveling. Had an adjustment today, so should be back in action - at least partially - tomorrow.

Shoulders. Sprayed No INFUSE (5 sprays per shoulder) and rubbed it in. After 5 minutes or so, I placed my hand on my shoulder and could feel the heat. Put my hand on my bicep to verify the temperature difference. biceps are definitely cooler.

My back is still complaining - lower right side above the hip. I probably need another adjustment. It's still out. Anyway...

3 sets of 12 reps - minimal rest between sets and excercises. Workout at home with dumbells.

Arnold Press - pyramid up
Front Raise - same weight all reps
Lateral Raise - same weight all reps
Upright Row - pyramid up
Lying Rear Lateral Raise - same weight all reps
Rear Delt Row - pyramid up

I've had a few days off - so felt pretty strong today. Broke a good sweat. Shoulders didn't burn as much as normal. I'm usually burning pretty good by the end of the 3rd set of each exercise. Felt it more on the pyramids, but in general, it wasn't as intense today. Will have to up the weight next time.

Sprayed the No INFUSE on shoulders again - same amount. It keeps them pleasantly warm after workout when the rest of my body cools down.

I'm celebrating my birthday today!! (I turn 32 on Monday) Girls are taking me out tonight so I can get the cobwebs blown off of me. I don't drink much anymore, so will probably have a headache tomorrow. :verygood:
 
March 7

Leg day. I sprayed each quad/ham with 10 sprays. Glutes got 5 sprays. Rubbed it in.

High reps. 100 total for each exercise. I used the same weight for all exercises - 2 25lb dumbells.

squats
lunges, 50 reps + elevated lunges 50 reps
dead lifts
step ups


I will be sore tomorrow. :D I can already feel it in the hamstrings. My legs are still nice and warm even though the rest of me has cooled down. I think I could probably use more that 10 sprays on the quads, though. I don't feel the heat as intensly as I do on biceps.
 
I have two questions for you

1. What is infuse, what are you using it for?

2. How does it apply to your diet?

What Sawestea said ^^^^. I'm one of their lab rats :D.

My diet consists of 40-45% protein, 30% fat, 25-30% carbs.
