Transporter, I'm sorry if I offend you with my lack of education concerning nutrition and bodybuilding. Please enlighten me.

I gotta say bro. you were very self-controlled with Transporter. I can't say that I would've been.

I'll be at The Chicken after the game next Saturday. See ya.

read the rest of the posts... i'm referring to laymen who don't understand the concepts of dieting and nutritional science. Those are the ones most commonly asking retarded questions every time i'm losing weight while eating mayonnaise and burger patties

Toozee, people can become rediculous as times with their bashing of other universities. Personally I do not get into this type of rivalry, nor do I get overly involved with the overbearing school spirit and tradition that seems to be present here.

I just figured since Transporter mentioned uneducated, I would hint to the fact the your location gives evidence to quite the opposite. Well educated at a reputable university.

Fair enough. I often hear aggie jokes when online, and assumed you were trying to point out that TAMU is not a great university, perhaps because you attended one that has a rivalry with us. Sorry for misunderstanding what you were trying to imply.

Hehe...my fault, really, for being so vague.

On another note: Are you still bulking? How many lbs gained so far?

I like hearing of other people's progress / success. One of the many things that help keep me going. :)

Yeah, still bulking, up 30 ibs. Hold a bit of water, but not as much as I was at 220. Came off the test prop, and now am on tren/eq/winny, and still gaining weight, and my numbers are still slowly going up in the weight room. I'm very pleased with my results, and think my change in training styles that I started while cutting a couple months ago are responsible. I'll never go back to training a body part once a week.

BodybyFinaplix I have a question for u. Do your gains diminish from being on year round or does your brdige or down time allow for some recovery and when u r on full steam again u make progress? I wonder bc I would think u are working with diminishing returns.

Diminished returns in what way? I make slow, continue progress. I can honestly say, that every 3 or 4 months I have a little more lbm than I had before, unless I'm dieting hard, for that period of time. The idea of receptor downregulation and a number of other ideas we have about steroids, are not scientific and have been disproven. In any event, isn't that what we should be seeking as bodybuilders? Continual progress, with no signifigant period of time where we are not either gaining muscle or lossing fat?
