I always get flamed for this... I stay on something year round. Calling it bridging, or whatever you wish, but I haven't come off in over a year. Often I stay on low doses of test sometimes with a mild anabolic, between heavier cycles. This seems to work very well for me. I started training in 2000, and know guys who have alot more training and total on-cycle time who are smaller and weaker at the gyms I train at.
