no carb diet lifestyle.

When i was on ckd, it very much affected my lifestyle. Being in college, the worst part of doing it (aside from not drinking) is answering people's questions every 5 minutes as to why you're eating this or not eating that.

OMG I can relate. Literally every five minutes sometimes. Even worse when another bodybuilder is in the class, and he tries to tell you that you can't gain on such a diet either, but he is smaller than you. Granted someone who is 270 ibs can get away with it, but when someone much smaller tells you that your methods will not allow you to gain muscle, it just looks rediculous.

Toozee, people can become rediculous as times with their bashing of other universities. Personally I do not get into this type of rivalry, nor do I get overly involved with the overbearing school spirit and tradition that seems to be present here.

how many cycles you run a year?

I always get flamed for this... I stay on something year round. Calling it bridging, or whatever you wish, but I haven't come off in over a year. Often I stay on low doses of test sometimes with a mild anabolic, between heavier cycles. This seems to work very well for me. I started training in 2000, and know guys who have alot more training and total on-cycle time who are smaller and weaker at the gyms I train at.

I'm not convinced that cycling offers any benefits (unless one uses orals), and the guys who cycle on and off for years that I've met in real life seem to be the one's who have the most trouble getting their normal test production back online. Bear in mind drugs like HCG become less and less effective every time you use them. You are constanty throwing your endocrine system out of balance. Also, HRT is becoming more common and easy to get legally for middle aged men, and they stay on indefinately. The issue of receptor downregulation is a non-issue, since modern science HAS proven the higher-than theraputic doses of androgens actually upregulate androgen receptors, in proportion to the dose used. Most serious atheletes stay on year round, and virtually all pro bodybuilders consider cycling off to be on a gram of a test, with a little hgh and maybe an anadrol or two every day, or sometimes a little t3 and clen thrown in.

thanks for the reply... a good friend of mine cycles just like you do, he says thats the only way he will do it! he dont gain any fat and he gains mass but in a slow time period, but hes not losing any muscle!

the only reason why i asked about your cycles, just wondering how you didnt lose all that muscle...
i might try some type of a cycle like this:)

Currently bulking on tren/eq/winstrol/t3. People tend to respond to a statment like that, when they do I'm using a CKD, "Ummm... there is no way you can gain weight that way, that is a cutting cycle and diet. You take less than 60 seconds between sets as well?" My reply:the only difference between cutting and bulking is caloric intake and the amount of cardio you do. The only issue with the steroids is water weight, and it is pointless to worry about it until the last week or two before a contest or photo shoot. There is no such thing as a cutting or bulking steroid.

oh alright i see... i thought you were on a cutting cycle all the time. i think i want to try a long cutting cycle. in my life its just to hard to eat the right way to bulk! i think it will be a lot better for me to cut. i have the size right now,i would just like to get rid of some more bf and cut like hell...

i think i want to run fina in my next cycle.i know i dont want to run that very long but it can be a start...
ect...

Tren is excellent while dieting. The anabolic effect of the drug is very pronounced so it spares lbm very well while dieting. There is also the fact that strong androgens do seem to be slightly catabolic to adipose tissue, and tren appears to greatly elevate the production of several growth factors (including pgf2a) more than other steroids. Pgf2a is believed to be toxic to fat cells, and at high levels may kill off some of them without the need to expend calories in doing so. Alot of guys do not seem to do well on tren for long periods of time. However I have found that every time you do a cycle of tren, the side effects are less severe. Eventually, I found that I really don't get any. WHen I first used it, I got almost all of them.
