Newbie Needs Help (easy karma)

Don’t be too harsh on me, I’m a newbie and I’m here because you all are the experts. I’ll start off by giving you guys a description of myself. I’m 28 years old, 5’7 (yeah I’m short); weigh 175 lbs and about 13% body fat. I don’t drink alcohol or do hard drugs (I smoke once and a while). I’ve been training for 2 years and can’t get rid of my gut. I’ve never been on an AS cycle all I’ve ever taken is over-the-counter supplements. I know my diet needs improvement but it’s not all that bad. The problem with my diet is that (thanks to Xenadrine) I don’t eat enough. I work out 5 days a weeks and I’m happy with my current muscle growth I just can’t get rid of my body fat. My current routine looks like this:

When I wake up: 21G of Whey Protein and 2 Xenadrines.
Lunch: something light (salad or sandwich w/o mayo) or nothing at all.
Afternoon (3 or 4 PM): 21G of Whey Protein, 2 more Xenadrines and go work out. My work outs are usually about 2 ½ hours. 2 muscle groups a day, 1 hour each plus a ½ hour for abs. 15 mins of cardio once and a while.
Dinner: I try to eat low fatty foods high in protein. Like steak and eggs, chicken breast lean ground meat with veggies or rice. Plus 21G of Whey protein.
Throughout the day I drink a total of about 1 ½ to 2 gallons of water.

Am I taking in to much protein? What am I lacking? Am I over training?

Remember I’m a newbie when it comes to AS. I’ve done a lot of reading and research and thought this would the best place for expert advice. I live in a border town so I have easy access to Mexican products. I’m basically looking for something that’ll give me long term effects. My main priority is cutting however I would like to gain some mass in the process. I don’t want to bulk up during the cycle then loose the mass once I’m off. I’d rather gain a little bit of mass that I’ll keep after the cycle. And I’m really concerned about gynocomastia.

I read “Grainger’s” post and was really inspired but is this too much for a newbie?

I was considering taking Sustanon, Primobolan Depot and/or HGH. What and how much do you guys suggest?
 
Your going to get tons of options here, but that cycle (sust & Primo) will help you out. You know your still going to gain a lot of mass off sust since it's going to be your first cycle (virgin receptors). But the Primo will make you very vascular and will shed some fat off. If you are going to run sust (at least at 500/week) and are afraid of gyno then through in some L-dex and don't forget Clomid at the end so you can keep all your gains!

You suggested sust @ 500/week. Should I take 250 twice/week or 500 once/week? How much primo? Is 400/week good? Could someone map out a basic 10 or 12 week cycle with sust, primo, l-dex and clomid? I'm just anixous to get started!!!
 
Creep, Boy do I yearn for the days that you are currently in. They are the prime for a body builder. Your body is going to make changes that you never thought possible. This is of course that you are careful in the advice that you take. I would recommend that you do as much research as possible and listen very carefully to people who know what they are talking about (nothing implied Next). Since this will be your first cycle, I would stick to the basics. I have had a few virgins under my wings and have yet to steer them wrong. For first ever cycles, I like D-bol, Winny, Sust and finish it off with Anavar. Yes, Primo is a great AS but, you have these sites that will take up all sorts of hormone and lots of test. If you want to shed that fat, increase your cardio when you are on your cycle and it will fly off. My opinion on Primo is that it is great if you have a ton of mass and want to keep it when you increase your Cardio. The D-bol will give you tons of size, the winny in combination will keep all that water off and then the Sust will replenish any Test that is depleted. As for any Gyno, get the anti-estrogens but don't use them till your nipples get itchy. Clomid is always a good idea. I think that it makes you feel like a million bucks when you get off. The Anavar in my opinion helps to support the blood supply to all that muscle and will also help to keep it around. If you like, you can bridge the Anavar into your next "Cutting Cycle". This is just my opinion. My advice turned one friend from 5'9", 220lbs. of 20% Fat to a lean 235lbs. 5% in 8 weeks. Hey creep if you do sust do 500mg a week,IMO split up your s250 2 a week every 3rd or 4th day.L-DEX 1/4cc EOD,If you do fina I would do 100mg EOD, Clomid start around 3 weeks after your last s250 shot!, 1st day 300mg,2-12 days 100mg,12-21 days 50mg! Hope this helps! AAA

Well I've concluded that I going to start with Sostenon 250mg twice a week. I came to this conclusion mainly because of the price and it's availability to me. That's another reason I mentioned Primobolan Depot.

I'm not sure about Anavar because of the price. What can I stack with Sust that won't kill me financially? Is D-Bol and Winny expensive? How much would I have to take? What about Equipoise? Would it be okay to replace Clomid with Omifin?

Would this 10 wk cycle be affective for cutting? (it’s a work in progress)

Sostenon 250mg 2/wk Sun & Thurs
Primobolan Depot 100mg EOD

Then finish off with Omifin or Clomid 15 days after last Sust.
1st day 300mg,2-12 days 100mg,12-21 days 50mg

If I take L-Dex for the gyno, how much and how often should I take it?

Stick with the Sust and Primo cycle, you'll just get jacked and look great. If you really want to throw in some more gear, than D-bol is a great option for the first 4-5 weeks, but i really wouldn't becaue this is your first of meny cycles so save the other compounds for your next cycles! Have fun, eat clean, workout hard and REST and in no time you'll have the 15-20 pounds of ripped mass on your body that you want!
