What would you guys reccomend..almost everyone I know considers me to be overweight..so its pretty surprising for me to be called skinny..

How would you reccomend me to get big and what weight do you think would be good to reach?

cardio , lifting and clean diet

all 3 will make you lose fat and hopefully add some muscle too

or gradually as you get bigger youll lean out

have you tried a fatburner like xenadrine or anythign ?

those work good with cardio, just dont o.d.

I've never tried anything, I've always been afraid of side effects. How much would a bottle run me..and do you think its really necessary? I might drop by GNC tomorrow to check it out if you think I should.

Let me know what ever you think may be needed and how much it would cost me.
