T Trusylver New member Feb 5, 2006 #11 tried to workout my 1 rep max for squats today, ended up squating 90 kg (198.4 lb) X3 but got stuck at the bottom for 95kg, i didn't have enough power to get the bar moving up but felt comfortable with the weight going down.
