I am as of 07.01.12 been taking only 12.5mg (1/2 tab) of t3 a day since the first of jan i shall keep doing this for another 10 days to ramp off the pyramid.

the whole T3 cycle looked like this

I am feeling no lethargy,
i am taking acetyl tyrosine powder 500mg once a day (in post workoutshake) and 2 caps of green tea extract to stim my system. The twice 5 pumps of forma stanzonol i am applying under the pecs or on tummy to see if it helps fat demolition.
Stomach continues to reduce and tighten i continue my clen at 5 tabs a day and ketofen at bed time to desaturate the receptors i do not feel cold at anytime of the day and i hope therefore that my metabolism is staying high.
i am maniac about protein every 2 hours unable to cook extra i am consuming large amounts of shakes but they seem effective .i am approaching my best all time body composition and soon will be making PRs on all lifts.
because of this enormous improvement i am going to push back my SARMS stack of OSTA and S4 for up to 1 month if the weights keep rising i will just keep clean and keep pushing naturally until i hit a "ceiling".
despite my 4 days on 1 day off schedule i am recovering fine. if i have soreness i train something else and reschedule the body part when it feels back up to speed
i cahnge up the secondary exercises all the time and swap weights and reps just to get more feel.

Well folks sorry havent updated for a while
Workouts are still ramping perfectly but i lost my weight training log last week :-(

as of Today starting SARMS S4 and Ostarine Stack !:D

25mg of OSTARINE once a day
25MG of S4 twice a day 6 hours apart

Weight was just over 100kg this morning .....+6kg in 75 days
4 top abs are now showing themselves the skin on my legs seems to be thining plus fat over hips is currently in regression.
