Hey guys, been lurking for a while and finally signed up. I didn't see a designated forum for intro's and what not but I figured this one would be the best one to start in since it pertains to where I am looking to go with things.

Anyway, I am 26 and I started training a year ago weighing in at a whopping 143lbs. (Never could seem to gain weight, ate like an animal). I tried a D-Bol cycle once from a friend and it really didnt do anything for me. Actually, the pills were like tiny cylinder caps instead of the common "hearts" shape. I later went on a cycle based on Methadrol Extreme and some other supplements to complement it (I wont get in to details of the site I got it from, not sure of forum rules) and ended up at 160lbs after around 6 weeks.

With that said I ended my cycle and wasn't able to maintain a consistent training schedule because of my jobs hours and now I have settled around 150-153lbs. I now have to means ($) and motivation to do things right and have been back in the gym 5 days a week but constantly have that cliche'd "smallest guy in the gym" complex. Any advice would be appreciated. I wont ask for sources because I know that's not how to go about things. Hopefully in time I figure out where to go. But any advice towards bulking would be great. I would love to get around 175 by summer.

Height - 5'9
Weight 152lbs

I recommend you go to diet and training forums. You are not ready for steroids. Try a 5x5 training program. Nobody will ream you, just tell you that you are not ready for steroids. Put on 30lbs and come back:-)

Currently looking at forums like that as well. I respect your advice. Def need to get some weight on properly first and foremost.

I'm going to concur with thesvpdeal! once you have put on some quality muscle and have a proper diet/ training program in place then you will be ready for the juice.

when you are ready, say around the 170mark use the following thread, it has everything laid out for you in a nice clean manner and this will be your best bet for a first proper cycle and you will put on some serious mass with it being basically your first proper cycle. but as mentioned before do not do this until you have been training/ dieting correctly for a long time, as also mentioned in the thread

This with amount of year training under your belt and your body frame.You can grow like a weed of just diet and training alone bro..So much room for improvment naturally.

Yup! Exciting to know that there is so much room to grow for you, My friend. Don't jump the gun.
 
at least it seems like you have your head on straight and open to good advice, which is exactly what your getting... from your stats, it is easily attainable to get up to the weight you want by your diet and training alone... then, when you get to that point, come back and we will get you set up nicely... you want to always get the absolute most you can naturally before you come to this side... after you plateau, you obviously need to get past that plateau and thats where all the extra fun begins... =) work hard, get yourself on a good regiment where you can be dedicated and then come back...

I agree! go to Mr Supps.com get some N2Bulk add that along with your diet program,you can put on a good 20-30 lbs incorporating the 5X5 with it.

After a couple of months switch over to this
