I am 6' 4" tall and it is a LONG way down for me.

I don't know, very strange. I do my squats very slow and focused. I don't want to break my form.

I think the most important thing for me is to break parallel and then drive up with my quads. Most people use their quads and back.

gotcha, that is my situation with bench, very very long arms.
